Logistics Specialist to join our team. The Logistics Specialist will support the North America Logistics Operations organization. This role involves various responsibilities related to material flow, product and service oversight, process implementation, system enhancement, and supply chain support. Specific duties include inventory control, coordinating critical parts, managing import-export regulations, assessing volume capacity, and integrating with third parties. The Logistics Specialist acts as a liaison between sales and operations teams, contributing to concept development, product knowledge coordination, data analysis, and process improvement efforts. Additionally, the specialist will evaluate internal metrics to enhance customer satisfaction and uphold service commitments at our distribution center.
What You'll Do: - The specialist will be assigned to a division of Entegris and is required to manage the day-to-day activities of the 3PL warehouse. Will participate in and drive performance update meetings.
- Daily tracking of inbound and outbound shipments to/from the 3PL warehouse. Coordination with the warehouse team on investigating delayed shipments and past due goods receipts.
- Provide analytical reports to Planners, Global Logistics, BU Leads, and Supply Chain teams as required. Data maintenance of our ERP System to ensure accurate data and visibility to the Entegris supply chain.
- Daily processing of SAP transactions to support the 3PL warehouse on maintaining accuracy levels of assets, raw materials, and finished goods.
- Expected to work with cross functional teams to ensure outbound deliveries are shipped in a timely manner, accurately, and reliably to our customers.
- As part of the North America Logistics team, the specialist will be involved in and drive cost saving projects and new site integrations.
- Will serve as the point of contact for inventory management and accuracy of the 3PL warehouse. Assist the warehouse on discrepancies and investigating Quality notifications.
- Responsible for training the 3PL warehouse on Logistics owned work instructions and end-user procedures. The specialist is required to audit the 3PL's training documents through logs or QMS system to verify compliance.
- Maintain and report inventory records into our Agilepoint Dashboard to align with SOX controls.
- The specialist will perform admin related task to log financial reports, warehouse service logs and report contractual obligations. Must submit temperature logs, end of quarter checklists and IAAF records.
- Will drive improvements and CAPA initiatives within the warehouse alongside the Entegris Quality team.
- The specialist will manage Global Inventory Relocations and Document Request Forms for their assigned site(s).
- Will review core KPI metrics with our 3PL partners and cross functional internal teams for process improvement initiatives.
- Follow PACE values and conduct best business practice according to our Global Logistics standards.

- Minimum education is high school diploma or GED equivalency.
Outstanding Candidates Will Have: - Bachelor's degree (Related studies: Business; Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, and Warehousing), preferred but not required
- Knowledge of domestic shipping and receiving processes and terminology
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to provide clear and timely communication to internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient PC and Microsoft 365 skills
- Minimum experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, and Warehousing of 3 years is preferred
