- Review and release planned purchase orders to suppliers, ensuring the accuracy of items, quantities, pricing, and lead times.
- Maintain optimal stock levels across multiple locations by monitoring inventory, identifying trends, and addressing potential material issues with the manager.
- Keep open purchase orders updated regularly to reflect accurate, real-time data.
- Track supplier shipping confirmations and update ERP systems accordingly.
- Assess supplier performance in terms of delivery and quality, identify areas for improvement, and support resolution of issues.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and suppliers, fostering accountability and collaboration.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely expense reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of professional experience, ideally within procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in basic ERP or supply chain software.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across teams.
