Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide guest and retail services for Super Pass ticketing and assorted pass products.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer and venue service issues, technical support, and information for Salt Lake Ski Super Pass, Visit Salt Lake Connect Pass, Brewery Pass, Mural Tour, Discount Passport, and other passes as assigned.
  • Maintain knowledge of Salt Lake venues, restaurants, bars, events, and other things to do.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of Visit Salt Lake campaigns, promotions, and products.
  • Assist the Ticketing Manager in maintaining ongoing promotion and fulfillment elements.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues for pass holders and venues.
  • Data entry and reporting on various sites and media types.
  • Some driving may be required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and high attention to detail.
  • Comfortable navigating and troubleshooting various computer programs.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Suite; especially Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable working with tech-based info sources and databases.
  • Ability to work independently on projects to completion, using written or verbal instructions.
  • Cheerful personality and phone presence, with a passion for the Salt Lake area.
  • Neat and professional appearance.
  • Experience and interest in Tourism/Hospitality/Ski industry preferable.

Hours

24 hours per week. Shifts are Saturday & Sunday, 8am-5pm (remote) plus one additional weekday in-office and some required holidays.
