- High school diploma or equivalent
- Eligible for Driver Training Instructor certification including all of the following (if not already certified):
- 21 years of age or older
- Possess a valid Oregon driver's license
- Have had valid driving privileges for at least 5 years with a clean driving record
- Willing to commit to a total of 120 hours of training including full-day weekend classes
- Current First Aid & CPR certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar office software applications
- Experience with adults or young adults in an educational setting
- Demonstrated commitment to safety
Preferred (Not Required) Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher
- Possess current Oregon Driver Training Instructor certification
- Teaching experience in Adult Basic Education or similar program
