Technical Support Specialist I
Lynn community Health Center is looking to add two Technical Support Specialist I positions to our Digital Solutions and Services team!
In this role you will help support a range of clinical and administrative staff as the first point of contact looking for technical support.
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Strong technical aptitude.
* Proven excellence in customer service.
* Basic understanding of ITS systems and applications, such as Active Directory, Microsoft 365, DNS, DHCP, etc.
* Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
* Ability to travel to multiple sites throughout the cities of Lynn, Salem, and Peabody, MA.
Desired Qualifications
* Experience working for a healthcare organization.
* Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to healthcare IT, such as HIPAA.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including clinical and administrative staff.
