Mission: Achieve customer satisfaction through continuous improvement of the plant's production processes and adherence to the quality system and standards, reducing waste as much as possible.
Essential Functions of Role:'* Report to Quality Engineer or N+1* Follow and adhere to the Control Guideline standards defined by QE to prevent and avoid customer complaints.* Follow up and disposition of Non Conforming Material from incoming or assembly line according internal procedures.* Execute and watch over manufacturing process to guarantee standard work is respected in all areas.* Responsible for all Internal / External Scrap documentation (IP-09 and other documentation needed)* Participate in continues improvement activities or projects* First part approval to track quality performance in the line* Train and monitor inspectors according guideline* Guarantee inspectors adhere to the work instructions.* Follow up in regular basis department KPI in order to measure the efficiency of their activities.* Attach and follow up internal / external action plans to ensure inputs - outputs according requirements.* Participate proactivitely in the Problem Resolution workshops and actively participate on this ones.* Inspection checks / sampling * Performs checking fixture measurements / SPC (statistical process control) monitoring* Implement and coordinate containment, corrective and preventive actions in the process.* Perform process / product audits, to evaluate in daily basis the assurance of quality.* Application of customer requirements* Train mentor quality personnel when required or needed* Fulfilment of any new task or additional reasonable request deemed necessary by supervisor.

What are we looking for:College Degree / High School diploma. !-3 years Experience in automotice industry as Tier 1, quality area desired. Good communication skills. Leader attitude. Basic computer work, standing and sitting in office and manufacturing plant environment, may require material lifting and movement manually. Microsoft Office and Excel experience. Competencies: Proactivity, teamwork, rigor, analytical skills, leadership, discipline, Service attitude.
