About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Logistics Manager to oversee and manage our logistics operations. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of goods to our customers locally and up to Canada. You will develop and implement logistics strategies, manage inventory levels, and optimize transportation routes to reduce costs and improve delivery times. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations, meeting the needs of our customers, internal stakeholders, and business objectives.Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics management
  • Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including warehousing, international shipping, and inventory control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the non-durable goods manufacturing industry
  • Certification in logistics or supply chain management
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize transportation routes, reduce costs, and improve delivery times
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste
  • Oversee the day-to-day logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and warehousing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers
  • Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Skills:As a Logistics Manager, you must have strong skills in logistics management, warehousing, international shipping, warehouse management, logistics operations, inventory control, and supply chain management. You will use these skills daily to develop and implement logistics strategies, manage inventory levels, optimize transportation routes, and oversee logistics operations. Additionally, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.Benefits:
