About the Role:A leading national construction firm is looking for a highly skilled Senior Project Manager. This is a key leadership role in overseeing large-scale commercial construction projects, providing an opportunity to work with a company that has a national presence and a reputation for delivering high-quality results.Position Overview:As the Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing commercial construction projects from initiation through completion. You'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage diverse teams and collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of commercial construction projects.
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource management.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, building codes, and quality standards.
- Perform risk assessments and implement necessary mitigation strategies.
- Mentor and lead project teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
- Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience in commercial construction.
- Proven success in managing large-scale commercial construction projects.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
- Expertise in construction processes, building regulations, and safety standards.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in medical building construction is a plus but not required.
