Premier Nissan of Fremont is currently seeking a Cashier/Customer Service Representative What We Offer

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Processing cash/check/credit card payments from customers and outside companies
  • Perform closing procedures including balancing cash drawer and completing a transaction log.
  • Maintain all files and logs in a logical organization and process all paperwork.
  • Respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Generate services appointments.
  • Conduct phone surveys to assess customer preferences and quality of experience.
  • Effectively utilize lead management tools.
  • Compile all necessary reports, forms, and other documentation on a timely basis.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers.
  • Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate person or department
  • Acknowledge external and internal customers immediately and in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • General clerical duties
  • Providing support to team members in other departments as needed
Qualifications:
  • Ability to present information in a clear and professional manner.
  • Ability to manage one's own time effectively.
  • Ability to type efficiently.
  • Basic & phone computer skills.
  • Possesses basic problem-solving skills.
  • Punctual, Able to multitask oriented.
  • Possesses basic computer skills and knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Available to work weekends.
Pay Incentives
  • The Cashier/Customer Service Representative has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $18.00 to $19.00.
