Medical, dental, vision, and 401k, among other benefits are available without a waiting period and offered at a low cost to you.Summary:Develops and implements methods and procedures for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection to ensure that the products are free of flaws and function as designed. Designs and installs sophisticated testing equipment and performs product testing and analysis to maintain quality levels and minimize defects and failure rates. Analyzes reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions. Collaborates with supplier representatives on quality problems, ensures that effective corrective actions are implemented and contributes to supplier quality improvement programs. Major Position Responsibilities
- Manages inspections of raw materials, equipment, processes and finished products.
- Implements quality standards and ensures protocols are followed for quality assurance testing models.
- Assists in the design and implementation of policies and procedures for testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and/or equipment.
- Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Leads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination with concurrence from HR & General Managers.
Basic QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree
- OR equivalent combination of relevent education and/or experience
- 7-8 years experience in a relevant function
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Engineering Degree Preferred

- Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential
- Work may require employee to work inside and outside with exposure to changing climate and/or operate machinery
