Systems Analyst II Austin, TX - Remote Job Description Client requires the services of 1 Systems Analyst 2, hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of Systems Analyst 2, Applications/Software Development and the specifications outlined in this document for the Client. All work products resulting from the project shall be considered works made for hire and are the property of the Client. Client may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Workers) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by the Texas law. Client will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Worker(s). 7YRS Required - Database management systems and data migration, particularly in healthcare EHR systems like Netsmart myAvatar. 7YRS Required - Utilizing InterSystems Cach Database, Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server SQL and database scripting to facilitate effective data migration processes. Also, Skill in using EXCEL or other spreadsheet software 7YRS Required - Experience in documenting business process flows and standardizes existing and future process flow improvements by conducting data collection and meetings with the subject matter experts to gain full understanding of system usability and documenting the w 7YRS Required - Business analysis, including reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating user requirements, operational procedures, and identifying solutions to automate processes or enhance system functionality. 7YRS Required - Resolving complex data-related issues using robust analytical skills and logical problem-solving approaches. 7YRS Required - Preparing specifications for data input/output processes. 7YRS Required - Resolving complex data-related issues using robust analytical skills and logical problem-solving approaches. 7YRS Required - Exceptional oral and written communication skills, essential for producing clear project documentation and engaging effectively with stakeholders 7YRS Required - Strong interpersonal abilities to lead diverse teams and inspire high productivity and collaboration among team members. 7YRS Required - In-depth knowledge of current IT industry trends and market insights, applying them strategically within the organization. 7YRS Required - Architectural concepts, principles, and tools relevant to infrastructure, information systems, applications, and organizational structure. 7YRS Required - Emerging technologies, both those new to the company and those advancing in the IT industry as a whole. 2YRS Preferred - Prior experience with SaaS model EHR systems and cloud data migrations. 2YRS Preferred -Experience with Texas DIR Project Delivery Framework and document templates 2YRS Preferred -Familiarity with the existing and planned software technology and the global, regional and local software architecture and infrastructure components 2YRS Preferred - Experience in regulatory compliance and data security related to healthcare data.
