About the team + role

As an Associate Product Manager, you'll be at the center of our product innovation. You'll work alongside top talent from engineering, design, research, and more to bring groundbreaking financial products to life. From simplifying complex financial processes to crafting seamless customer experiences, your work will help shape the future of fintech.

This role offers direct mentorship from some of the most accomplished product leaders in the industry, giving you the chance to grow, learn, and make a real impact in a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment.

What you'll do

* Collaborate with engineering, design, research, data science, and marketing teams to deeply understand our customers and their most pressing needs.

* Define and execute product strategies that align with business goals and user expectations.

* Be the voice of the product, facilitating communication and collaboration across teams.

* Lead product launches, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet a high standard of quality.

* Set and monitor KPIs to measure success and track product engagement and adoption.

What you bring

* Currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking program or recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

* 0-1 years of internship experience in product management, product development, or related roles (internships or co-op experience in fintech or tech companies are highly valued).

* Sharp analytical & technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

* Demonstrated leadership and communication abilities, thriving in collaborative, cross-functional teams.

* An entrepreneurial spirit, who takes ownership of projects, turning ideas into action and drive innovation

* A passion for fintech, and a desire to learn more about financial products, markets, and emerging technologies.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood's equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC)

$130,000-$130,000 USD

Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)

$115,000-$115,000 USD

Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL)

$102,000-$102,000 USD
