Job Details Requirements: Completion of an Associate degree granted by a U.S. regionally accredited college or university with the Commission on Accreditation of Dietetics Education ( CADE ) Accredited Dietetic Technician Program or Completion of a Baccalaureate degree granted by a US regionally accredited college / university, or foreign equivalent, and completion of a Commission on Accreditation of Dietetics Education ( CADE ) Didactic Program in Dietetics ( DPD ) , and completion of a CADE accredited Dietetic Technician supervised practice. Responsibilities: Demonstrate commitment to the philosophy and values of Our Lady of Consolation Visit patients/residents on their diets as assigned by the Dietitian and/or management Participate in the departmental quality assessment/improvement program. Document in the patient's /resident's medical record under the direction of the dietitian according to approved procedures. Maintain effective written and verbal communications skills. Demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene. Maintain Safety and Sanitation of workstation standards of department. Responsible for patient/resident contact, menu management, data collection and communication of patient/resident needs. Communicate with nursing service and nutritional services regarding care of patients/residents and their needs. Must react accurately and effectively with all diet changes to ensure efficient timing of services and accuracy of physician's orders for modified diets. Salary Range USD $24.00 - USD $30.00 /Hr. The pay for this position ranges from $ 24.00 - 30.00 per hour. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
