In this role, you will leverage your expertise to design, engineer, and draft millwork components for diverse projects, including residential, commercial, and government markets. Your work will drive the manufacturing process and contribute to our reputation for delivering exceptional architectural products across Northern California.   • Engineer and draft precise millwork components using Cabinet Vision and other software.
  • Create complete and accurate shop drawings and assembly details for submittals.
  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers to ensure all project details are accurate and feasible.
  • Prepare projects for production, following the full project life cycle.
  • Generate and distribute detailed documentation, ensuring smooth handoff to the production team.
  • Present project details at production kickoff meetings, collaborating on manufacturing strategy.
  • Assist with take-offs and estimating for new projects.
  • Identify and eliminate obstacles that could delay production, proactively thinking ahead.
  • Support management with additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in millwork engineering or similar drafting roles, preferably using Cabinet Vision software.
  • Technical proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding design intent.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to think proactively and streamline production processes.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Work Schedule:
  • Full-Time, with the possibility of a hybrid work environment.
  • Monday to Friday 7am - 3:30pm PST.
Work Location:
  • Work on site at office in Sonora, CA.
  • Remote/Hybrid work options available.
  • Travel to project sites as required, with provided per diem.
