Job Title: Supply Chain PlannerJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planner to translate supply plans into executable purchase orders with internal sites and third-party manufacturers. This role involves establishing purchasing and supply attributes for all materials, maintaining these attributes within the MRP system, and resolving purchase order discrepancies. The Supply Chain Planner will be the first point of contact for all US suppliers, ensuring early involvement of key supplier management team members on various topics and tracking and reporting the progress of all Key Supplier Management (KSM) activities.ResponsibilitiesTranslate supply plan into executable purchase orders with internal sites and third-party manufacturers.Establish purchasing and supply attributes for all materials and maintain within the MRP system.Resolve and document purchase order discrepancies such as non-conformance, shortages, or price discrepancies with suppliers.Review purchase order acknowledgements daily for compliance with price, delivery, and other terms and conditions.Act as the first point of contact for all US suppliers and ensure early involvement of key supplier management team members.Track and report the progress of all Key Supplier Management (KSM) activities.Perform annual supplier financial health checks and supplier demand planning and capacity assessments.Develop risk heatmaps and action plans along with supplier sustainability.Manage performance to contract management including quality, OTIF service level, and communication and alignment on pricing.Support tech transfer of new products and new GMP material by ensuring proper compliance with Technical Agreements, change controls, and on-time delivery of milestones.Essential SkillsSupply chain managementPlanningInventory managementProcurementPurchasingERP systems (Oracle or SAP)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAdditional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent relevant experience7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Materials ManagementExperience in Pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plusPrevious operations experience and exposure to manufacturing materials principles and concepts preferredWork EnvironmentThe position is onsite, 5 days a week, with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM.
