Quality Assurance Coordinator Jericho Road Community Health Center is actively seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator. This position is full-time, within the clinical quality improvement department, working at our Barton location. Responsibilities: • Recommend quality improvement initiatives based on results of analysis of data. • Conduct quality assurance reviews of data mapping on clinical reports • Monitor performance for NCQA/PCMH. Submit NCQA/PCMH recognition for all clinical sites at the transformation and annual reporting stages. • Manage set it & forget it campaigns within the Azara tool • Manage Patient Satisfaction Surveys including quarterly reporting • Work with payers to manage insurance rosters, and respond to HEDIS records requests • Support of Panel Management efforts • Participate in gaps in care outreach via text message or phone call • Serve as a backup to the Clinical Data Analyst Qualifications: • Associate degree or equivalent experience required. • Knowledge of National Committee of Quality Assurance • Experience working in a medical office setting or other related field is required. • Ability to exercise creative thinking and maintain a flexible approach to problem solving. Hourly Rate: $25.00 per hour. Individual compensation is based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other position related components.
