We are a large-scale 24/7 operation with over 400 employees and 150 vehicles, providing service from our headquarters in Pleasantville, NJ and two satellite locations in Vineland and Cherry Hill.WHAT YOU'LL DOAs a Mobility Assistance Vehicle (MAV) Driver, you will play a key role in the safe transport of our patients in non-emergency situations.•Provide door-through-door transport to and from appointments in a safe and timely manner •Assist patients in and out of the vehicle, utilizing the wheelchair lift as needed•Be courteous and professional to patients, facility employees, co-workers and the public at all times•Utilize company iPhone for communication with Dispatch, directions and documentation •Conduct regular safety checks and keep the vehicle clean throughout the shift WHAT YOU'LL NEED•Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record •Clean background check•Negative drug screening •21 years of age or older•3-4 years driving experience•Ability to lift and assist patients PERKS•Competitive compensation ($17.00/hour to start with increases based on positive performance reviews)•Benefits package (Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance)•Paid time off (PTO)•401(k) after 6 months of service•Paid training and certifications•Opportunities for growth and advancement JOB TYPE: Full-timeTriCare Medical Transportation is an Equal Opportunity Employer
