JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
Enhances effectiveness of RP by performing a multitude of tasks, including but not limited to, clerical and administrative functions, as well as financial reporting and assisting with new store construction/renovations.
Essential Functions
Produces reports as needed and disburses to RP and team leads Maintains RP's appointment schedule by planning and arranging meetings, travel, events (CES Conference/Holiday Party). Reconciles purchase card for RP and approve all expense reports. Update training materials used in new Sales Rep classes Assist in resolving lease issues Coordinate outside sales event/trade shows. Answers calls from team leads and RPs after hours when urgent situations arise (ADT). Must be able to multi-task. Computer literate and competent in Microsoft 360 (Excel, Word, Power Point). Proficient or fast learner in all systems utilized by our company (AMT, ALM, Concur, Service Channel, Service Now).

Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Must be able to perform repetitious hand/eye movement, Must be able to sit for long periods of time, Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Travel1-10%.
Required Education and Experience
High School diploma or GED
Preferred Education and Experience
Excellent computer skills as well as both written and verbal communication skills. Property Management and/or Construction.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
At least 2 years prior experience in a similar role
