This rotational program offers diverse experiences across multiple locations, but you'll be assigned to only one primary department. Below are the participating departments with example responsibilities:
* Engineering: Design and improve manufacturing processes, optimize products, and implement innovative solutions.
* EHS: Ensure workplace safety, develop EHS policies, and promote environmental responsibility.
* Accounting/Finance: Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
* Human Resources: Handle employee relations, talent management, and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
* Sales: Drive business growth, forge customer relationships, and collaborate with other departments to deliver top-notch products.
* IT: Maintain technological infrastructure, manage cybersecurity, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Leadership demonstrated in diverse settings, from extracurriculars to internships.
* Must be willing to travel and relocate domestically.

* Ability to lift 50 pounds or more with the help of a team member or assistance from tools/equipment; some physical activity required.
Preferred Skills and Experiences:
* Previous internship experience, preferably in manufacturing.
* Previous leadership experience (e.g., student organizations).
