Deli/Bakery ManagerWage Range$21.50 - $26.50 Full Time:

Job Information Requirements:
- 1 year of leadership in retail food operations, in a supervisor position. Pass criminal background check. Pass drug test check. Knowledge of computer systems.
Duties:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate daily operations of the fresh food department.
- Meet sales, gross, and labor goals.
- Schedule staff. Approve time cards.
- Handle employee recruitment, orientation, and training.
- Ensure workplace safety.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, employee happiness, successful vendor relations, and company profitability.
- Demonstrate independent decision-making daily. Follow written instructions.
- Perform monetary transactions.
- Communicate clearly with employees, customers, and vendors.
- Demonstrate organizational skills daily.
- Occasionally lift up to 40 pounds of product or equipment. Continuously lift 20 pounds of product or supplies.
- Stand, walk, and crouch continuously for 8 hours. Sit and use the computer for a period of 2 hours.
Days and Hours:
- The schedule includes weekends and holidays. 40 hours per week
Bonuses: Quarterly bonuses of up to $5,000 per year, based on company goal achievements met.
