About the Role:

The Office Administrator will provide essential support to our team of CPAs, staff accountants, and office management. This role is pivotal to keeping our office running smoothly, handling responsibilities such as:

  • Packaging and scanning client tax returns.
  • Document management and filing.
  • Assisting at the front desk and answering phones as needed.
  • Managing back-office tasks to ensure seamless operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 2+ years in an office support role, ideally in a professional services or CPA firm.
  • Education: High School Diploma required.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
  • Bonus Skills: Bi-lingual abilities, experience in tax support, or prior work at a CPA firm.
