Responsible for maintaining and organizing all banquet rooms, hallways, storage and service areas. Ensures banquet event orders are followed so that setup are completed to required specifications and in a timely manner. Responsible for the tear down all events after conclusion. All duties are to be performed in accordance with Tribal, federal, state, local laws, regulations, and ordinances, as well as department and company policies, practices, and procedures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The following is a list of the main duties and responsibilities. However, other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by management. All duties must be performed in accordance with Tribal, Federal, and other applicable requirements, organizational specific policies, procedures and practices. Reviews all banquet event orders and assignments with the Stewarding Supervisor on duty to ensure accuracy. Setups all banquet rooms to the specifications requested per the banquet event order.
