Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Director - Food Service to lead our sales efforts within the food service industry. The Director will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build strong relationships with distributors, broker partners, internal and external sales teams, and other key stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the food service market, and a passion for delivering value to customers. This role will be based in either Seattle, WA or Chicago, IL and will require frequent travel, up to 35%.

This is a salaried exempt position with an annualized salary range of $135k to $165k.

This role will require frequent travel across North America and to the corporate office in Seattle (should candidate be remote), up to 35%.
