Job Description Job Summary: The Senior Vice President of Client Strategy & Delivery is responsible for leading the Client Success organization, including Client Delivery Executives and Strategic Account Executives. This role focuses on driving engagement, high performance in client service, and managing annual renewals and upsell opportunities. You will evaluate and improve existing operations, deploy client management strategies, and work cross-functionally to deliver impactful client outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead Client Success organization, including Client Delivery Executives and and Strategic Account Executives, to drive engagement and high performance in client service as they manage annual renewals and upsell products. Evaluate existing client success operations and drive improvements to processes, metrics, and performance. Deploy and oversee disciplined client management strategies across entire customer base that revolve around building enduring relationships with clients Partner with Sales Leadership to develop strategies and goals around upsells and renewals resulting in a positive impact to customer lifetime value Lead account team activities, including coordination of learning opportunities, insights across market segments, and best practices in client service De-escalate and resolve complex client situations both internally and externally Work cross functionally to deliver client impact and quality outcomes as a senior strategic partner on large projects like our value story, transparency strategy and reporting strategy Oversee project management and implementation efforts for client-related projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery that meets client expectations and business objectives. Qualifications: Typically requires a Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field. At least 12-15 years of experience in client success or related roles, with a proven track record of leadership and operational improvement. Strong strategic thinking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage complex projects and lead large teams. De-escalate and resolve complex client situations both internally and externally. Work cross-functionally to deliver client impact and quality outcomes as a senior strategic partner on large projects such as the value story, transparency strategy, and reporting This role is crucial for ensuring client satisfaction and driving the company's growth through effective client management and strategic partnerships.
