POSITION OVERVIEWThe Senior Analyst of Data Analytics role will be responsible for aiding the cleansing, auditing, and building of tables and schemas with the Company's Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) along with mining and identifying data to create, manage, and deliver custom and ad-hoc reporting & dashboard solutions to support all stakeholders throughout the organization.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:Partner with the Director of Business Intelligence at supporting internal customers across all areas of operations with the primary focus of cleansing, auditing, and building tables and schemas from a business-user perspective within the company's Enterprise Data Warehouse that connect to numerous source systems including but not limited to: payroll, accounting, finance, human resources, hotel, gaming, food & beverage, ticketing, marketing spend and other source systems related to gaming / hospitalityHelp develop driver-based templates that connect have direct connections to and from excel and cloud-based planning and analytics tools along with other source systemsIdentify, collect, consolidate, and analyze data from various source systems and data warehouse encompassing the company's operations, including, financial data, customer data, sales data, and other relevant metricsMaintain data integrity and ensure accuracy and completeness of data used for analysis and reportingUtilize analytics tools and methodologies to extract valuable insights from dataDevelop comprehensive and insightful reports, dashboards, and visualization to present key findings to senior management and other relevant stakeholdersMaintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates and improvements to established reporting/dashboard standards and deliverablesWork with IT and data engineering teams to address data quality and implement data governance best practicesStay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in business intelligence, data analytics and reporting toolsParticipate in Ad-hoc projects across the organization as neededTemporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be at least 21 years of age.Proficiency in Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) data development and architecture with strong understanding of source system connections to and from EDW for end-user data analytics and data visualizationProficiency in data manipulation (e.g., SQL, VBA) and in data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and understanding of programming conceptsBachelor's degree in analytics, business, finance, information systems or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience preferredProven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role within the Gaming or Hospitality industry requiredAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong analytics skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusionsExperience in data modeling, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting is advantageousStrong organizational skills and the ability to organize effectively, solve problems quickly and communicate clearlyDemonstrate ability in maintaining consistent, high-quality services levels while being assigned to various projects with overlapping deadlinesKnowledge of gaming hospitality industry trends and metrics a plusSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.DIVERSITY COMMITMENTFontainebleau Las Vegas is committed to ensuring an inclusive space and sense of belonging for our Members.
