Job Location : Pittsfield,MA, USA
+ DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTION
+ Perform construction, installation, renovation, maintenance, inspection, and repair duties throughout the Medical Center. Work from plans, specifications, blueprints, sketches, diagrams and verbal instructions as given by Supervisor. Fabricate cabinets, laminate counters, bookshelves and other small office fixtures. Maintains all fire-safety code standards.
+ POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.)
+ Experience:
+ Three (3) years as apprentice level carpenter; 1 year independent carpentry work; supervisory experience preferred.
+ Education and Training:
+ 4 years high school or trade school
+ License, Certification & Registration:
+ DRIVER - Driver's License
+ Other Requirements:
+ Demonstrated ability to use communication devices., i.e., radios, smartphones, telephones and computer devices; able to respond by voice or electronic means within a specified time period.
