Job Description :

Our client, a leading solar energy company, is seeking Rework Operators to join their team. As a Rework Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of high-quality solar panels. The ideal candidate will have strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and basic troubleshooting skills which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Inspection Rework Quality Operators - Day shift

**Location:** Jacksonville, FL - Westside

**Pay Range:** $15.50

**What's the Job?**

+ Identify and repair defects on solar strings and modules using small tools and fragile materials.

+ Complete 80+ repairs per shift while maintaining quality standards.

+ Perform visual and physical inspections of completed repairs.

+ Record daily repair activities and enter data accurately into the Manufacturing Execution System.

+ Troubleshoot basic conveyor and equipment issues and escalate more complex problems to the equipment team as necessary.

**What's Needed?**

+ Strong manual dexterity and ability to handle small tools and fragile objects.

+ Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality during repetitive tasks.

+ Basic troubleshooting skills for equipment and conveyors.

+ Proficient with computers and able to input data into manufacturing systems.

+ Ability to read and understand quality standards and defect descriptions.
