Ferguson is currently seeking a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator within the Integrated Planning division to join our team! The ideal candidate is an energetic and highly motivated individual who takes an optimistic approach to new challenges and embraces the Company's strategic vision; a person that thrives when working in a fast-paced and highly collaborative team environment.

This is a Hybrid role based out of Newport News, VA, in accordance with the Ferguson Flex schedule; 3 days office / 2 days remote.

Responsibilities:

* In addition to the essential job functions described below, all associates will perform duties as requested by management.

* Vendor Shipping Discrepancy Forms - liaison between DC and vendor on all shipping errors

* Obtain Return Good Authorizations (RGA's) as needed from vendors and facilitate return of product reported on VSDF between DC and vendor

* Update purchase orders as needed based on VSDF form to ensure purchasing settings are in line

* Request proof of delivery information for our DC's from vendors as per the Ferguson AP on hold report to ensure invoices are getting paid in a timely manner

* Provide timely and accurate reporting through various processes to DC's, buyers and management

* Communicate problems as they occur to management

Other:

* Represent the company in a professional manner at all times ensuring quality customer service

* Abide by all policies, rules, and regulations of the company including all applicable safety rules, regulations and procedures

* Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company

* Work overtime as needed

Qualifications:

* Above average understanding of MS Office

* Good understanding of Trilogie (ie: TCL, BCM, POE, ABOD etc)

* MS Access experience is a plus

* Ability to research on the Web

* Good oral and written communication skills, good math skills, and the ability to work independently on given tasks

* Ability to form good relationships with vendors and branches

* Excellent customer service skills

* Detail oriented and accurate

* Positive attitude

* Teamwork skills

* Satisfactory completion of all assigned AOT tasks with minimal error

Physical Requirements:

* Vision: minimum vision required to prevent injury from oneself and others

* Talking: expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word

* Lifting small weighed objects constantly; 10 pound objects frequently and 20 to 30 pound objects occasionally

Attendance Requirements: Attendance on a regular, consistent basis is mandatory including arriving at the time scheduled by your supervisor daily.

* Pay Range:

* $15.00 - $20.63

* Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

* This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

* Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
