Description+ Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.+ Utilize ServiceNow to log, track, and manage support tickets through resolution.+ Diagnose and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, including desktop, laptop, and peripheraldevices.+ Install, configure, and update software applications in compliance with company standards.+ Maintain detailed documentation of issues, resolutions, and support procedures.+ Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support or specialized teams as needed.+ Assist in setting up and maintaining user accounts, permissions, and password resets in Active Directory.+ Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.+ Ensure timely follow-up with users to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction.+ Provide support for remote employees using VPNs and remote desktop solutions.Requirements+ Experience: 1-2 years in a help desk or technical support role.+ Technical Skills:+ Proficiency in Windows 10/11 operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.+ Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar IT ticketing systems.+ Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).+ Knowledge of Active Directory for user account management.+ Soft Skills:+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.+ Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.+ Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.+ Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
