Department Supervisor
We are a small but growing pet food processing plant seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Department Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you'll oversee our quality control processes, ensuring our pet food products meet rigorous safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train quality control staff
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures specific to pet food production
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to meet quality benchmarks
- Inspect raw materials and finished pet food products for compliance with company standards
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality control activities
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a quality control role, preferably in food processing or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to upholding quality standards
- Leadership skills and the ability to train and motivate a small team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
