Job Description :

A high-end resort in the Pacific Northwest is looking to add a Director of Hotel Operations to their team to lead service and hotel operations. This legendary property is know for its world class amenities and high end cuisine offerings. This is an amazing opportunity to be a part of prestigious property as well as reside in a beautiful community. This area is known for its low cost of living, low crime rate, strong economy, and exciting outdoor adventure scene.

Position Requirements:

  • 10-15+ years of hotel management experience
  • Strong financial acumen / experience managing P&Ls and budgets
  • Director level experience
  • Full-service property experience
  • Independent resort experience a plus
  • Experience with rooms, front office, and/or guest services
  • High volume experience ($50M+ in annual revenue)
  • Experience hiring, training, and mentoring employees and teams
  • Financial experience overseeing product cost, labor cost, and inventory

Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000+ (commensurate with experience), bonus program, 401k, comprehensive health insurance, PTO, health & wellness programs, cell phone reimbursement, onsite discounts and much more!
