Our client, a software company, is looking for a Part-Time Compliance Specialist! This role will primarily involve administrative tasks, data analysis, and system operations to support our Compliance and Quality teams.
This is an ongoing part-time assignment that starts asap.
Hours: Flexible within standard business hours (9am – 5pm or 10am – 6pm EST preferred)
Schedule: ~25hrs/week

Responsibilities:
- Review and maintain third-party profiles in RiskRate, ensuring data completeness and accuracy.
- Identify and resolve duplicate or inactive third-party profiles.
- Generate reports in Excel/Google Sheets to support data validation processes.
- Assist in resolving low-risk adverse media events.
- Support the maintenance of risk review processes.
- Monitor Compliance@ alias for Tropic notifications.
- Create, modify, or remove user profiles in Navex admin as needed.
- Maintain documentation related to Quality's training projects.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to track training requirements and ensure correct data assignment.
Requirements:
- Experience with third-party risk management, systems administration, or data analysis preferred.
- Proficiency in using Workday, Navex, or similar systems for data management and reporting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Prior experience in compliance or quality administration is a plus.
