About the Company - Natixis is seeking a Client Strategy & Analytics Associate / Vice President to join our Chief Client Office in New York. This role is instrumental for enhancing client-centricity within CIB businesses. The Client Strategy & Management Team focuses on the following missions:

  • Support CIB Americas Client Strategy and Development: Drive initiatives to increase share of wallet and overall client profitability with top-tier clients through comprehensive client reviews and effective segmentation.
  • Manage Committees: Oversee the weekly Americas Business and Resources Allocation committees to ensure optimal resource deployment aligned with the CIB strategic objectives.
  • Client Activity Reporting: Analyze and report on client activity and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to foster platform growth and strategic planning.
  • Strategic Insights and Market Intelligence: Equip relationship managers and business heads with data-driven insights and market intelligence to enhance client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Global Alignment: Ensure the Americas' client strategy aligns with global Client Strategy & Management projects, contributing to cohesive and integrated business development efforts.

About the Role - In this position, you will play a key role in Client Strategy, collaborating with internal and external teams to drive the development of our growing platform.

  • Manage Business and Resources Allocation Committees: Oversee weekly committee meetings by ensuring timely submission of deals for presentation to the Executive Committee, managing the agenda, maintaining official minutes, and validating deals in the system.
  • Provide Tailored Analysis & Conduct clients analysis: Deliver customized analyses, data, and reports to GM sales and Coverage/IB/Real Asset bankers, accommodating various client segments (Corporates, Financial Sponsors, Insurers, Asset Managers, and Banks) and sectors (Real Estate & Hospitality, Aviation, Telecom & Tech, Infrastructure & Energy). Conduct comprehensive client analyses to support business development and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Prepare Client Commercial Reports: Consolidate Americas Client KPIs and communicate insights to management and coverage teams, including the quarterly Americas Platform Client Franchise report and the Global Markets monthly Strategic Plan KPIs.
  • Develop Efficient solutions in alignment with Head Office: Create analytics and tools to measure relationship success, client profitability, and assess the performance of sales teams and relationship managers.
  • Leverage, Promote & Ensure Client Data Quality: Build expertise in client data analysis to support decision-making and identify business opportunities. Regularly review and maintain the integrity, consistency, and quality of data, analyses, and dashboards. Advocate for high-quality client data management, including ownership, account team mapping, and profitability metrics.
  • Coordinate with Global Teams: Collaborate with Client Strategy teams in EMEA and APAC to align global strategies and source ideas for the Americas platform.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Master degree in finance or related.
  • 3-5 years' experience in similar positions in Banking or Consulting industries.
  • IT/Business Analyst background can be a plus to support manipulation and presentation of data.
  • Project Management experience also a plus.
  • Solid finance knowledge, good understanding of capital markets & banking products suite, and related performance metrics.
  • Ability to manipulate data, interpret numbers and deliver relevant messages in a succinct fashion for senior management.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, knowledge of CRM (Salesforce), Business Intelligence solutions (PowerBI, Business Objects, AI) and data providers (S&P Capital IQ, Dealogic, Coalition) is a plus.
  • Organized, proven analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Curious, strategic, global, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to manage simultaneous projects and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication (written and spoken) and presentation skills. Confident in working with executive management and actively exchange with Relationship Managers and business heads.

The salary range for the associate-level position will be between $105,000 - $130,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.

The salary range for the VP-level position will be between $130,000 - $160,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
