Role Overview

The core responsibilities of this role include assisting the team by producing CAD, Revit, 3D, and Adobe Creative Suite design documents. This activity supports the consulting of enterprise clients on how technology can help solve challenges within their business. Weekly responsibilities include technology research, project management, meeting attendance, email correspondence, and creating documents required to communicate technology strategies and designs.

Skills & Capabilities

• Keen interest in enterprise technology, research, and solving problems
• Desire to work in a dynamic startup environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-managing with the ability to build and work to a project production schedule
• Collaborative with other on-prem and remote team members
• Ability to defend and articulate the logic behind decision-making
• Ability to conduct user requirements gathering and extrapolate what a user requires
• Graphic skills capable of communicating ideas through client presentation decks

Education & Experience

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial design, or a related engineering and design field.
• Work experience, internships, or projects showing relevant interest and experience.

Software

• Required: AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
• Nice to Have: Figma, AfterEffects, Premier, Animate, XD, Unity, Unreal Engine
