What You'll Do
Lead the design, development, and deployment of SAP Datasphere solutions
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Develop and maintain data models, data integration processes, and data visualization solutions using SAP Datasphere and SAC
Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all SAP Datasphere implementations
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Datasphere and SAC
Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices
What You'll Need
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in SAP development, with at least 3-5 years specifically in SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL processes
Proficiency in SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and related SAP tools
Experience with SAP HANA, SAP BW, and other SAP data management solutions
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desired
SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Analytics Cloud
SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP HANA
Any additional SAP certifications related to data management and analytics are a plus
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
