ITS is partnering with a respected boutique litigation firm with a state-wide presence to find highly motivated Civil Trial Attorney with 1-5 years of experience for its growing office.

About the Firm: This firm has a strong defense practice that spans multiple areas of litigation, including medical and professional liability, labor law, employment law, product liability, and insurance defense. Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of litigation, from inception through trial preparation
• Draft pleadings, discovery documents, and motions
• Take and defend depositions
• Develop and execute legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies
• Represent clients in court and at trial as needed
• Collaborate with a team of skilled attorneys to provide exceptional client service

Key Qualifications:

• 1-5 years of civil litigation experience
• Ability to handle all aspects of litigation, including trial preparation
• Strong academic record and demonstrated excellence in legal writing
• Exceptional advocacy skills with a drive to achieve positive outcomes in court
• Admitted to practice law in New York State
