We're looking for someone who can elevate our user experience across all platforms and drive our product's success through user-centered design. As our Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional user experiences across desktop, mobile, and web platforms. You'll play a crucial role in shaping our product's interface and interactions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of usability, accessibility, and user satisfaction.This role can either be fully remote in the US or hybrid (2 days/week) in our New York, NY headquarters.What You Will Do:Manage the End-to-End User JourneyMap and refine the user experience across all touchpoints (desktop, mobile, and web)Ensure a seamless and consistent experience across all platformsIdentify and address user pain pointsDesign for optimal usability, accessibility, and user satisfactionEnsure Cross-Platform ConsistencyMaintain intuitive and consistent key user flows, design elements, and functionalities across desktop, mobile, and web interfacesDevelop and enforce design guidelines to ensure coherence across all platformsLead User-Centered Design & ResearchLead UX research efforts, gathering insights from our diverse user baseConduct usability testing and collect user feedbackIterate designs based on research findings and user needsAdvocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organizationCollaborate with Product & EngineeringWork closely with product management, engineering teams, and other stakeholdersEnsure UX is prioritized throughout the product development lifecycleBalance user experience with business goals and technical feasibilityCommunicate design decisions and rationales effectively to cross-functional teamsWhat You Will Bring:6+ years of progressive experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skillsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, User Experience Design, or related field; Master's degree and/or certifications a plusProven experience designing for multiple platforms (desktop, mobile, and web)Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologiesExperience conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing resultsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environmentA product management mindset with a laser focus on UX designStrategic thinking and the ability to align UX goals with business objectivesAdaptability and eagerness to learn in a rapidly evolving tech landscapeStrong analytical skills to make data-driven design decisionsVenn is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
