As we build on this momentum, we continue to advance the practice of medicine and set the standard for excellence.Responsibilities:* Provides administrative support and project management services.* Performs confidential administrative project management duties which requires the use of discretion and independent judgment.* Prioritize tasks while maintaining responsibility for timely execution.* Will interface with associates of all staffing levels in Montefiore organizations.* Will project a professional company image through in person and telephonic interactions.* Reports to the Administrative Director.Requirements:* 3 years of healthcare experience preferred.* Experience in project management.* Must be extremely well organized with strong interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail.* Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Power Point.* Exception writing, editing and proof-reading skills.* Must type 65 to 70 words per minute. (Typing Test will be issued)* Knowledge of Epic and Cority preferred.HOURS: Monday-Friday 830A - 530PEducation: High School Diploma required; BA Degree preferredAssociates are eligible to apply for a lateral transfer after completion of one (1) year of service in their present position, with the following exception: an Associate who has received a written warning is not eligible for a transfer/promotion prior to six (6) months from date of issuance; an Associate who has been suspended is not eligible for transfer/promotion prior to one (1) year from date of suspension. Part-time Associates who have completed their probationary period can move to full-time vacancies within their department provided such movement will not unreasonably reduce the operational efficiency of that department.
