What Supply Chain Planning contributes to Cardinal HealthSupply Chain Planning is responsible for ensuring the right quantity of products arrive in the right place, at the right time and cost. This job family is accountable for the design and execution of demand planning, supply planning, deployment planning, inventory planning, collaborative planning, expediting, purchasing and the design and implementation of the supply chain network. Supply Chain Planning utilized supplier contracts and manufacturing parameters to exceed customer service level commitments while optimizing supply chain costs and inventory. Supply Chain Planning leverages technology to achieve best in class processes to position supply chain as a competitive advantage.Job SummaryThe CPFR Planner, Key Accounts Planning is part of the Supply Chain Key Account Inventory Planning team. This team plays an important role for our organization in driving service level improvements to our customers through collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment. This customer facing role is transformational and responsible for capturing valuable insights and feeding them back into our supply chain. This can be done by utilizing data analytics and established KPIs to drive customer supply chain performance to enable sales growth, and works with internal customers to improve processes and evaluate performance that ultimately improves the supply chain.
