Job Description :

The Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for performing cycle counts, location audits, and reconciling inventory discrepancies across the QVI campus. The role involves leading physical efforts to count inventory and locate missing materials, ensuring accurate job order transactions, and assisting with stockroom audits and virtual location management. This position also provides support to the warehouse team and contributes to continuous inventory control improvements. Role and Responsibilities: • Perform all cycle counts, location audits, and ad hoc parts counting across all areas of the QVI campus. • Lead efforts to physically search for missing, lost, or misplaced materials. • Ensure daily cycle counts are administered and reconciled to meet yearly requirements. Provide feedback to management on common issues or occurrences. • Perform second counts on incorrect cycle counts. • Assists with administering and reconciling stockroom audits. • Assist with management of logistics managed virtual locations. These locations include all items without a physical location. • Ensure all job orders are picked and transacted with 100% accuracy. • Backfills for stock or warehouse team members as needed. • Assist with reconciliation of returned or found material. • Gain knowledge and experience to become a Senior Inventory Control Analyst. • Other duties or tasks as assigned by management. Requirements Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pmLocation: On-site, Rochester, NYCompensation: $20-$22 per hour, based on experience • High School diploma or equivalent is required. • 2 years' working experience in a stockroom or warehouse required. • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required. • Experience with ERP systems. • Strong attention to detail. • Ability to maintain accurate records. • Good communication and organizational skills. Physical and/or Environmental Requirements:

  • Ability to independently and safely lift and carry items of up to 50 pounds.
  • Experience operating fork trucks and order pickers. Must have the comfort and ability to lift and lower order picker to various shelving heights in order to count inventory.
  • Ability to climb ladders or step stools as needed to access high shelves.
  • Ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time (up to 8-hour shift).
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time (8-hour shift) in an office setting, utilizing standard office equipment (computer, keyboard, computer mouse, phone, etc.)
  • Ability to occasionally move about and navigate through the workplace, which may include narrow walkways, uneven surfaces, and ladders.
