We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Front Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential to ensure the smooth operation of our front office and enhance the overall experience for our clients and visitors. As the first point of contact for our organization, the Front Office Assistant will greet guests, manage phone calls, and provide general administrative support. You will play a key role in maintaining an inviting and professional atmosphere while also supporting the daily operations of the office. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner. Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff. Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for office personnel. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant are a plus. Proven experience as a front office assistant or in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
