Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Washington, PA

Pay Range: $18/hr

What's the Job?

• Maintain quality requirements in accordance with customer and company standards and safety procedures.
• Maximize utilization of equipment by operating machinery at available capacity and speed.
• Set-up rails, print and die cut sections accurately in accordance with proper set-up techniques.
• Monitor box quality, including, but not limited to, loose liner, warp, correct size, and print.
• Inspect all dies before and after the run to ensure that any necessary repairs are made before the next run.

What's Needed?

• Ability to maintain quality requirements in accordance with customer and company standards and safety procedures.
• Experience in operating machinery at available capacity and speed.
• Knowledge of set-up rails, print and die cut sections accurately in accordance with proper set-up techniques.
• Ability to monitor box quality, including, but not limited to, loose liner, warp, correct size, and print.
• Experience in inspecting all dies before and after the run to ensure that any necessary repairs are made before the next run.
