Our client in Pawling, NY is seeking a Seal Loader to join their team. As a Seal Loader, you will be part of the production team responsible for curing fabric-reinforced rubber products using special molds following written work specifications. This is a full-time, temp to perm position Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm.

Job Title: Production Helper

Location: Pawling, NY

Pay Range: $18 per hour

What's the Job?

• Setting up curing molds following written work specifications.
• Loading uncured seals into molds and add necessary sub-components to it as required.
• Clamping molds and setting appropriate time and temperature in order for it to mold perfectly to specifications.
• Assist fellow team members and other teams as required, moving large seals or any other projects.
• Properly reading and completing required paperwork on job packages and paperless scheduling system.

What's Needed?

• Excellent work history showing longevity at past employment.
• Ability to read and write English with attention to detail/following instructions.
• Stamina to stand for entirety of shift, bending, lifting and all levels of production.
• Mechanically inclined and production experience.
• Warehouse and/or manufacturing experience.
