Board AssemblerLocation: Nashville, TNTypical Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:15pm CDT 40hrs a weekCompensation: $16.00-$17.00/HRDuties & Responsibilities:· Locate parts and inventory· Adjust and/or replace electrical components· Solder electronic connections or components· Monitor quality to verify conformance to specifications· Consult with managerial or supervisory personnel· Explain assembly procedures or techniques to coworkers· Interpret assembly instructions including:o Layoutso Diagramso Reportso Specificationso Work ordersRequirements:· Strong attention to detail· High level of accuracy· Ability to use basic tools and hands for 8 hours per day· Distinguish colors· Soldering experience preferred· Vocational or military training preferred.· Surface Mount Soldering (SMT) preferred but not required.As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
