The Woodlands at Canterfield, a brand new Assisted Living and Memory Support community located in West Dundee, Illinois is looking for a dynamic Dining Room Supervisor to oversee the dining room operations, assures quality nutritional services are provided and ensures a hospitable environment for residents, visitors and associates.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise dining service associates
• Assist in ensuring proper staffing and weekly schedules
• Assist service staff with mealtime as needed
• Assist with greeting and seating residents and guests
• Ensures timely opening and closing of venues
• Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment
• Build positive relationships with residents, employees and coworkers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of supervisory experience
• Energetic, professional with exceptional interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication & customer service skills
• Compassionate and understanding of eldercare
