Description The Clamp Operator must act according to Leedo's core values: The PCMS of Assembly procedures which place controls in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. Essential Functions and Duties: Responsible for placing on sink base plastic corner brackets. Responsible for gluing BOM paper at the back panel. Responsible for installing screws on nailers pockets Responsible for placing cabinet on assembly line conveyor. Additional duties as assigned by Assembly Dept. Supervisor. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must be able to distinguish wood species and door styles. Must be able to perform basic math skills and the ability to read a measuring tape. Must have a strong sense of urgency in accomplishing hourly goals. Must have a basic ability for reading and writing. Education and Experience Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Will take work experience in lieu of Education. Physical Requirements and/or Working Conditions Factory environment, possibly including heavy lifting, and areas where eye protection, hearing protection, and respirators are required.
