COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Dental Hygienist (RDH)
  • Up to $96,000 in Salary Annually
  • Sign-on Bonus is available
  • This location qualifies for State and Federal School Loan Assistance NHSC Programs
  • Excellent benefits package, including employer-match on 401K RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Dental Hygienist (RDH)
    • Community Health Center setting - -Dental Hygienist
    • Providing Dental, Primary Care for a community health center
    • Perform routine treatment procedures such as prophylaxis, X-Rays, application of sealants and fluorides, dental and periodontics charting, etc
    • A patient-focused caseload of 7-8 patients per day average
    • Weekly Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts
    • Bilingual skills are a plus; strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Dental Hygienist (RDH)
      • New graduates and experienced applicants welcome
      • Diploma/Degree in Dental Hygiene
      • Holds or can obtain a current registration/license in Minnesota as a dental hygienist
      • Seeking RDH with a team-mentality approach and comfortable working in a diverse population
