Job Title: IT Support Specialist – Onsite (Cleveland, OH)Overview:We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide Tier I Service Desk support for a geographically distributed team within the financial services sector. This full-time, onsite position in Cleveland, OH, is crucial for maintaining productivity by troubleshooting technical issues, supporting business software, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, communicates clearly, and excels in a collaborative and dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Deliver direct technical assistance for staff, resolving hardware and application-related issues.Identify trends in support requests to address potential underlying issues.Accurately document and communicate all technical support interactions.Support the implementation of new technologies, applications, and services.Assist with onboarding new team members, including providing training on processes and tools.Qualifications:A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required.Previous experience managing projects is a plus.Skilled in assisting non-technical staff with technical issues.Familiarity with supporting Apple/MAC systems.ITIL Foundations Certification is preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Azure AD, Microsoft Teams, Adobe Acrobat, and related tools.Able to handle multiple support tasks simultaneously using a ticketing system.
