What You Will AchieveAs a member of the finance team, your role will be responsible for financial leadership, business consultation and analytical support for your business/operating unit and is the key business partner to the senior leadership in the business. You are responsible for the development and execution of strategies, optimal deployment of capital and achievement of financial goals. Through insightful understanding of the business, rigorous review and in partnership with Business Leaders, you will ensure delivery of financial commitments and optimal deployment of capital. Your work and recommendations will be presented to the Pfizer management team. You will develop and maintain operational specifications for financial information systems after considering the information flow, volume and document format for the data processing equipment. You will also provide business development analysis and monitor business performance.

ROLE SUMMARYThis position is responsible for leading the financial operations of the Dermatology Business within the Specialty Care BU. Incumbent will operate as the finance business partner to the Vice President, Dermatology Portfolio Lead. This position is responsible for providing financial advice as necessary for critical business decisions, and for identifying solutions and innovative options in relation to the strategic direction of the business while ensuring operational commitments are achieved. The position will report directly to the VP Finance, Specialty Care BU.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES+ Lead business partner to Vice President, Dermatology Portfolio Lead with exciting portfolio including the recently launched Alopecia drug Litfulo+ Work in consultation with the U.S. Derm Team to identify data-driven strategic recommendations to maximize business opportunities based on product (Brand) and/or data-driven insights to successfully execute against financial goals+ Direct responsibility to continue to improve business unit forecasting accuracy through detailed review of forecasts, including review of Gross to Net Revenue and Unit phasing+ Lead effort to report monthly financial business performance, identify critical trends and work collaboratively with our business partners to drive results+ Directly responsible for leading & presenting Op Plan / LE forecasts within a matrix organization (Commercial/PGS) of ~30 colleagues including:+ Creating Timeline/process and leading Kick-off meeting+ Consolidate and interpret results from various sources to prepare a coherent and impactful Op Plan / LE forecast message Work directly with R&D colleagues to evaluate and consolidate forecasts+ Understand and build portfolio wide models to forecast Gross to Net Charges and Margin Charges+ Lead Forecasting reviews with Commercial Business partners+ Review responsibilities of key month-end close submissions, including:+ Various Gross-to-net journal entries+ Gross & Net Sales VEP calculation, review, & submission to MOSAIC+ Updating & distributing monthly close package to US Derm business partners for accurate representation of financial performance+ Oversight of financial model managed by team to forecast quarterly performance understand complex assumptions and historic trends and read-out to senior management+ Lead quarterly / annual intangible asset impairment review with controllership, reviewing the calculation and communicating outcome to finance leadership+ Maintain compliance with internal policies & procedures, internal/external reporting requirements including GAAP.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS+ Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Engineering+ Advanced degree preferred (MBA/CPA)+ 10+ years in financial roles involving financial planning & analysis and reporting preferably in a commercial setting+ Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams and Global Mosaic+ Ability to work independently on time sensitive requests and lead complex projects to deliver exceptional results+ Demonstrated success making complex decisions, influencing others, and driving business results+ Innovative thinking with solution-oriented mindset+ Strong understanding of gross to net, portfolio margin dynamic, VEP analytics and COGS+ Ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders in highly matrixed environment to achieve outcomes+ Excellent verbal & written communication skills, key to effectively communicate with business partners & team members.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS+ Masters preferred in quantitative discipline (MBA or CPA preferred)+ Experience with SAP-BI platform, Lighthouse+ Experience with ZDI tool in SAP (E&O mgmt.)+ Experience with wholesaler inventory (852) data+ Life Sciences industry experience, Pharmaceuticals.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $149,200.00 to $248,600.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
