About Our ClientTop tier fast moving consumer goods firm.Job DescriptionThe Product Specialist will report into the Senior Product Manager and play a critical role in the Global Enbablement team. They will handle all budget and vendor relationships as well as the following:
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our current processes to serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, aiding in process execution and identifying areas for training, documentation updates, and process enhancement.
  • Review monthly vendor charges and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely month-end closure.
  • Design, refine, and update training programs for key processes like contract handling, budget monitoring, time tracking, recruitment submissions, and use of ELC's custom web-based Budget Analysis Software for Engineers, Product Managers, and other Web Development Professionals.
  • Utilize diverse training methods-such as video, written guides, PowerPoint, and assessments-to engage a range of learning needs and styles.
  • Schedule and lead meetings, provide recaps with clear action items, keep projects on schedule, actively listen to feedback, and collaborate with leadership, subject matter experts, and facilitators to create high-quality learning resources.
  • Contribute to team brainstorming sessions aimed at improving Vendor and Budget Processes.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Develop requirements, workflow diagrams, and other support materials for process documentation as needed.

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience/certifications) required, with a degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or Training and Development as a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in facilitation/presenting, process development, or training.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel (including vLookup and Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.
  • Strong writing skills, essential for email communication, process documentation, and course development.
  • Technical knowledge of eLearning development tools is beneficial.
  • Experience with Workflow and Content Management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, SharePoint), Data Visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and Workflow tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) is a plus.
  • Background in a fast-paced e-commerce or tech environment is advantageous
